十(shi)巫高(gao)速公(gong)路項目是(shi)省“十(shi)三(san)(san)五(wu)”交通重點建設(she)(she)項目,是(shi)“十(shi)三(san)(san)五(wu)”時期(qi)建設(she)(she)里程(cheng)最長(chang)(chang)(chang)、資(zi)金投入最大的一條(tiao)山(shan)區高(gao)速公(gong)路。其中鮑溢段(duan)全長(chang)(chang)(chang)58.63公(gong)里,橋隧比(bi)79.1%。土建六標(biao)全長(chang)(chang)(chang)15.633km,由長(chang)(chang)(chang)江路橋承建。鮑溢段(duan)2017年(nian)7月正式開工,受大電(dian)不通等條(tiao)件影響第六標(biao)段(duan)于2018年(nian)5月份開始進入實(shi)質施工階(jie)段(duan)。

艱(jian)難(nan)(nan)(nan)困(kun)苦,玉汝于成。回望(wang)建設(she)之初,莽(mang)莽(mang)群山,溝壑縱(zong)橫,接過(guo)鮑溢(yi)(yi)段(duan)第六標段(duan)承建任務,長(chang)江路橋建設(she)者們面臨的(de)是(shi)前所未有(you)的(de)挑戰和困(kun)難(nan)(nan)(nan):作為山區項(xiang)目,該項(xiang)目集中(zhong)了(le)全(quan)省(sheng)山區項(xiang)目的(de)典型特(te)點:地形地勢險(xian)、建設(she)環境(jing)難(nan)(nan)(nan)、便道通(tong)行難(nan)(nan)(nan)和材料保(bao)障(zhang)難(nan)(nan)(nan)(一(yi)險(xian)三(san)難(nan)(nan)(nan))。自然條件差,氣候環境(jing)惡劣。幾個(ge)最(zui)難(nan)(nan)(nan)的(de)分項(xiang)工程也名列(lie)長(chang)江路橋“榜單”:“最(zui)長(chang)隧(sui)道”(橫巖寨隧(sui)道,全(quan)長(chang)2874m),“最(zui)高(gao)(gao)墩(dun)柱”(龔(gong)家凸特(te)大橋右(you)(you)幅31#敦,墩(dun)高(gao)(gao)69.5m,并且全(quan)線高(gao)(gao)墩(dun)39個(ge)高(gao)(gao)度(du)27.4m~69.5m,地質差),“最(zui)高(gao)(gao)邊坡”(溢(yi)(yi)水互通(tong)AK0+947-AK1+229 ,EK0+233 -EK0+288右(you)(you)側,最(zui)高(gao)(gao)坡為63.84  m,邊坡級數為8級),“最(zui)高(gao)(gao)擋土墻”“最(zui)高(gao)(gao)填土”,尤其是(shi)在建設(she)周期從48個(ge)月壓縮到36個(ge)月后更是(shi)形勢嚴峻(jun)。

面對(dui)困(kun)難和(he)挑戰,項目部不等不靠、頂住壓力(li),通過加(jia)強協調(diao)工作抓(zhua)好(hao)地方環境(jing),抓(zhua)班子帶隊伍,盯目標克困(kun)難,搶生產謀全局,錘(chui)煉了(le)一(yi)支能打山區高速施工硬仗的隊伍,強有力(li)地打贏了(le)一(yi)場絕地反擊、擂鼓聲(sheng)聲(sheng)的精彩(cai)攻堅戰役。

打出(chu)“組合拳”,攻(gong)克施工難(nan)度,打通關鍵節點。
